The undersigned hereby certifies that if appointed to the position of Coach and/or Convenor, he/she will abide by the Constitution, by-laws and rules and regulations of the Tecumseh Recreational Soccer Club. He/she also grants permission for members of the TRSC Board of Directors to conduct whatever character and reference checks deemed necessary for the determination of his/her suitability for the volunteer position being applied for. Applicant agrees to undergo and submit a copy of Police Clearance before season commences to Tecumseh Rec. S.C. Police clearances will not be returned when handed in. Please retain original copy for your records.
